Google docs can be used for many different things. You choose who sees your documents in this site. This site can be used to store files online and view others files. This can also be a place in which group work can be done collaboratively. Two or more people can work on a file at the same time.

The first thing you do is go to the google doc website listed above, the page should look like this

Here you sign up for a google account if you do no already have one. Once you have your google doc set up, your home page will look like this:

From here you can share documents with the world.
